The Technical Support Portal is available to customers with an active support maintenance contract. If you are not currently a registered user and would like access, please request access.

We provide telephone technical support for our customers and partners from around the globe. If you are a Troux partner, please refer to your partner program agreement for specific details regarding the available technical support.
