Dr. Warren Ritchie is the former Chief Information Officer for Volkswagen Group of America (VWGoA) and was with the Volkswagen Group overall for 23 years predominantly in business strategy roles prior to moving to the Information Technology function. Dr. Ritchie lead the IT department at VWGoA through a transformation that simultaneously improved the day to day operational performance of IT as well as delivered on an expanded role of IT in leading business innovation. He also repositioned the role of IT within the US subsidiary relative to the parent VWAG global IT organization. He holds a doctoral degree in Business Strategy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a strong orientation towards the use of enterprise architecture to implement business strategy. |

Sandra L. McCoy is currently serving as Executive Director of Enterprise Architecture supporting the Business Architecture, Information Architecture and Technology Standards Management functions within IT at Kaiser Permanente. In that role, her staff supports modeling the business and information for the enterprise, including Health Plan, Care Delivery, Corporate Services, National Facility Services and Outpatient Pharmacy.
