Troux also announced today that it has raised an additional $16 million in funding. The funding was led by current Computas AS investors, including Four Seasons Ventures of Oslo, Eqvitec Technology of Helsinki, and IT Provider of Stockholm. Troux's venture capitalists Austin Ventures and Greylock also contributed to this round.

In addition to product synergies, the acquisition of Computas Technology marks Troux's expansion into Europe, with the first office in Oslo, Norway. Through the acquisition, Troux will add 50 employees, giving the company a total of 130. Approximately 90 employees will be based in Austin, where the company will continue to have its headquarters.
