"Enabling Business Transformation: From Innovation to Architecture"
A wave of business transformation is underway and is being propelled by innovative business models, an explosion in ‘business sensors’ and the demands for ‘real-time’ access to ‘real-time’ information and analytics. Increasingly, EA teams are being asked to enable, shape and guide business transformation. In his presentation, Mr. DeBoever will provide his experiences working with some of the world’s biggest companies who have successfully transformed their businesses. Larry’s point of view is unique, and always thought provoking, and memorable.

Recognized as one of the pioneers of Enterprise Architecture having founded DeBoever Architectures (DAI) in 1990, the first consulting firm focused on EA project execution, Mr. DeBoever conceived the concept of Adaptive Architecture and published one of the first EA process methodologies in the early 1990s. DAI was acquired by the META Group in October 1996 where Mr. DeBoever started the Enterprise Architecture Strategies (EAS) practice, the first EA research service. In 1997, he started the Enterprise Architectures Conference (EAC) and chaired the event in its early years. His clients have included General Electric; Toyota; Intel; Shell; NASDAQ; Chrysler; Aetna; JP Morgan; Microsoft; American Express; McDonalds; Disney; Aetna; Nike; CIA; State of California; etc. Mr. DeBoever has founded or served on the Board of numerous firms including Cognos, Linkware, TECHtonics Research, TELON, GHNOnline, and GoldenGate Software.
