Description:

Responsibilities:

Troux Technologies is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to play a key role in the development of its core products.  This position is pivotal in the detailed design and implementation of new product use cases using Java, SQL, Ajax, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript and a host of supporting technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recent direct Java coding experience
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level J2EE application development
  • Proven experience with software design
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge
  • Good communication skills

Strongly Desired:

  • Experience working with agile development teams
  • “Test-first” development practices and automated unit testing experience
  • Background in ETL and reporting systems
  • JavaScript, HTML/DHTML proficiency

Featured Position: Senior Account Executives (USA and UK)

Description:  

The selected individual will have a strong technical and market aptitude with 15+ years of successful conceptual sales experience selling computer software and services along with proven experience in closing large deals (>$250K/125GBP). You will have successfully sold in new accounts at Senior Executive levels and above. Demonstrated ability to develop business plans and financial proposals and to manage all aspects of sales cycle including prospecting, value creation, negotiation and the closing cycle, including contract negotiation, is key. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will take the lead for Troux Technologies in building customer relationships in your assigned territory and exceeding assigned quota.
  •  You will manage and direct sales cycles for the Troux Technologies solution to the CIO/VP IT levels within Customer/Prospect Base, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You will assist in developing and executing a business plan for assigned territory/industry vertical.
  • You will qualify opportunities, refine Sales Strategies, and deliver presentations. Coordinate Sales Team Resources.  Build proposals and close the opportunities.
  • You will work with legal and financial teams, as well as head all due diligence efforts.
  • You will provide input to Product Marketing, Engineering and Troux Technologies' Management team on market requirements for continued innovation.

Qualifications:

  • You should have 15+ years proven track record attaining/exceeding quota - selling Enterprise Solutions to Fortune 1000 businesses.
  • You will have a history of leading the creation of strategic partnerships and have built relationships at all levels within an organization, from executive management through the technical staff.
  • You will have a strong Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
  • You will have proven teaming and leadership abilities.
  • You will have the ability to operate remotely and travel.
  • You should have strong sales/marketing skills including: Needs Analysis, effective and competitive Positioning, Business Justification, and ROI articulation.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Information Technology environments and the skills to translate the value of Troux's solutions into tangible benefits for your accounts is a must.
  • You will have a BS or equivalent work experience.
